shaw-nae’s AGAVE BUTTER WINGS

Wing Ingredients

Large Party Chicken Wings
1 cup AP Flour
1/4 cup Course ground black pepper
1/4 cup Pink Salt
Garlic powder
1/4 cup Paprika
1 qt chicken broth
1/4 cup Onion powder
Canola oil to fry in

Wing Agave Butter Sauce

1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
3 – 4 tbsp agave syrup
Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

Season your flour by mixing with the pepper, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
Season your wings with the same mixture: pepper, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
Dredge your wings in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
Then dip your wing in chicken broth and re-dredge (double-dredge!) the wings in the seasoned flour.
Preheat the canola oil to 350°F and fry until golden brown.
To make the Agave Butter Sauce combine the butter and agave and toss with the hot wings
