The Moth StoryLab program provides the space, tools, and expertise for college students to practice the art and craft of personal storytelling alongside other students from across the country.

This application is open for for current undergraduate and graduate students

The VIRTUAL summer intensive workshop meets daily for one-week, 12:30 to 3:30pm EST. 

There are two sessions to choose from, the week of July 20 OR July 27. Please note there is an East Coast and a West Coast version of each.

Virtual StoryLab Sessions

East Coast

  • Session 1: 12:30 to 3:30pm EST || 7/20, 7/21, 7/22, 7/23, and 7/24

  • Session 2: 12:30 to 3:30pm EST || 7/27, 7/28, 7/29, 7/30, and 7/31

West Coast

  • Session 1: 12:30 to 3:30pm PST || 7/20, 7/21, 7/22, 7/23, and 7/24

  • Session 2: 12:30 to 3:30pm PST || 7/27, 7/28, 7/29, 7/30, and 7/31

Applications for both in-person and virtual programs will close on July 17 at 11:59 pm EST. Groups fill up quickly so apply soon.

Application decisions will be released on a rolling basis.
